How do returns work?
We inventory incoming items according to your shared inventory sheet and while doing so, inspect your products for damage, etc. If any is found, we will send you a photo. Once you've initiated the return with your supplier and we've received the return shipping label, we will be happy to repackage the item and send it back.
How do shipments work?
At no additional cost, we can prepare your shipment by granting us delegated, limited access. This gets your shipment out quicker and is one less thing on your to-do list. Alternatively, if you prefer to prepare the shipment, you will send us the individual item and shipping labels. Please note, this method will add time to your order completion.
Do you recycle?
Yes! As both a commitment to the environment and keeping costs low for our customers, we use recycled materials as first choice. When using new materials charged to you, we will choose the least expensive option that works best for your products. Further, we use the least number of parcels possible under the guidelines, and subject to Amazon dispatch, when shipping.

We are growing our young family on our small family farm/ranch located in southern Montana. Our lives are centered around the land, our animals and family. We aim to go above and beyond when prepping products in order to form lasting relationships with our clients.
